This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted.

Important Mandatory Requirement

To be eligible for any return, refund, exchange, damage claim, missing item claim, wrong product claim, or quality-related concern, customers must record a continuous and unedited 360-degree parcel opening video.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package from all sides before opening.
  • Show the parcel being opened live from start to finish.
  • Clearly display the product received.
  • Be continuous, unedited, and uncut.

Failure to provide a valid parcel opening video may result in rejection of the claim.


Return Policy

BugguMine offers a 7-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The product is unused and unworn.
  • The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories (if applicable).
  • A valid parcel opening video is available for verification.
  • The return request is submitted through our official support channels within the return period.

Customized & Personalized Jewellery

Customized or personalized jewellery is generally non-returnable.

However, if the product contains a manufacturing defect, damage, wrong customization, or any error caused by BugguMine, the return request may be accepted after verification.

Sale & Discounted Products

Sale, promotional, and discounted products are generally non-returnable.

However, returns will be accepted if:

  • A wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The size delivered differs from the confirmed order.
  • Any other issue is determined to be the responsibility of BugguMine.

Missing Item Claims

Any claim regarding a missing item must be supported by the mandatory parcel opening video.

Return Shipping Charges

Any shipping or courier charges paid during the order are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by BugguMine.

Incomplete Returns

If returned packages are found to be incomplete, missing components, certificates, gifts, accessories, or original contents, appropriate deductions may be made or the return may be rejected.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection.

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests are subject to product verification and approval.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued for the original invoice value of the product.
  • Product price changes, promotional discounts, market fluctuations, or revised pricing after purchase shall not affect the refund amount.
  • Refunds may take approximately 7–10 working days after approval, depending on banking and payment partner timelines.

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued only to the original payment source used during purchase, including:

  • Prepaid orders → Original payment method.
  • COD orders → Refund processed to the customer's verified bank account or payment source as determined by BugguMine for successful settlement.

No cash refunds will be provided.


Exchange Policy

BugguMine offers a 7-Day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests may be accepted when:

  • The customer receives a damaged product.
  • The customer receives an incorrect product.
  • The customer receives an incorrect size.
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid parcel opening video is available where required.

Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be unused and returned with original packaging and accessories.
  • If the requested replacement product has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • An exchanged product may not be eligible for repeated exchanges unless approved by BugguMine.
  • Replacement dispatch will be initiated after successful return verification and approval.

Company Responsibility

If a customer receives a product with any of the following issues:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product
  • Wrong size sent by BugguMine
  • Missing item in shipment
  • Incorrect customization by BugguMine
  • Any other error caused by BugguMine

then BugguMine shall assume responsibility for resolving the matter through return, exchange, replacement, refund, or any other appropriate solution as determined after verification.

In such cases, BugguMine reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approving the resolution.


Right to Reject Claims

BugguMine reserves the right to reject any return, refund, exchange, or damage claim if:

  • The mandatory parcel opening video is not provided.
  • The claim appears fraudulent, abusive, or misleading.
  • The product shows signs of use, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or mishandling by the customer.
  • Required information or evidence is not provided.
