customers must record a clear and continuous 360-degree parcel opening video.
The video must:

Show the sealed package from all sides before opening.

Clearly display the shipping label.

Record the entire unboxing process from start to finish.

Be continuous, unedited, and uncut.

Clearly show the product received.
Claims submitted without a valid parcel opening video may be rejected.
Missing Parcel, Empty Parcel & Damage Claims
If a customer receives:

A missing item

A wrong product

A defective product
the issue should be reported to BugguMine as soon as possible along with:

Photographs (if applicable)

Mandatory parcel opening video
Upon verification, BugguMine will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, return, refund, or any other suitable remedy.
The company's verification and investigation process shall apply before final approval.
Reverse Pickup Service
Where available, BugguMine may arrange reverse pickup services for approved returns, exchanges, or replacements.
Customers are responsible for:

If reverse pickup fails due to customer unavailability, additional pickup attempts may be required.
